1. Clear Ownership of roles (even when a single person is playing multiple roles)
2. Planning at multiple levels: Long term, Mid Term, Short Term, Very Short term. Treat them with the respect they deserve
3. Have a gatekeeper to protect you from disturbances (this gatekeeper can be one of your own team members)
4. Make "High Standards" a way of life
5. Ask the "What's in it for my customer" question
6. Share feedback openly, with empathy and growth mindset
7. Mistakes happen; acknowledge them openly and do the necessary course correction; it makes you stronger, not weaker
