I have read somewhere the below one:
Be super-selfish about your wellbeing. Without health, you have nothing. And remember, your lack of health affects not just you but those who hold you dear.
Be a "go-getter" and "challenge seeker" all you want, but remember that without health, you have nothing.I'm noticing the disturbing trend of working people developing hypertension in their early 30's or late 20's.
When we go against nature and our circadian rhythm for a few thousand rupees in the short term, we will pay a terrible price in the medium to long term.
Be a corporate shark all you want, but remember what you gain through sacrificing your health, you will pay to the doctor. Better still, re-evaluate your priority list, and place health and mental wellness ahead of work "success."
