I am going to start exceedingly small on the below things from Monday...
1. Meditation for just 2 minutes
2. Walk for 5 minutes
3. Wake up before 7
4. Punch sharply 9.25 to office from Monday on wards.
If I am going to miss anything I will get something like coffee or 25 Rs to my colleague & cousin.
