After a long time... went for a walk in the morning.  Its an amazing feel today. Started a day with fresh air and energy.

Searching My One Thing

What's the F**king ONE thing you can do this week such that by doing it everything else would be easier or unnecessary?

1

One thing. Just one thing. You stick to that and everything else don't meant sh*t.
When you repeat a mistake, it is not a mistake anymore: it's a decision.
Do not seek to be loved at any price, because LOVE has no price.
If everybody loves you, something is wrong. Find at least one enemy to keep you alert.

Rise above the pain!

Rise above the pain! You are bigger than your circumstances or your life situation. Your life is not defined by your relationship status, your current job, your bank account, or anything that you have or have not done in the past. Don't listen to any person or automatic negative thoughts that may have conditioned you to think of yourself or your life as a failure.

Don’t ever choose a permanent solution for a temporary problem. You have people who need you and who are counting on you. There is always another day and another way. Rise above the pain, and know that deep inside of you there is another person waiting to break through. You have the ability to rebuild, regroup, recover, and revive!! Breathe life into your dream. Know that you can live a meaningful and purposeful life. You are an unrepeatable miracle, and your dream can live... despite what you feel and inspite of what you're going through right now! You have something special...you have GREATNESS within you!

If you have enough money in your pocket.. you will be more happier than before.

Its true...

What are the keys to excellent job performance?

First and foremost, LISTEN to what is being asked of you. Nothing makes you look dumber than having to have your boss tell you twice. DO what is asked of you......most times that is what is required. We get ourselves in trouble when we try and read the boss's mind and add our own take on the assignment.

DO NOT gossip about your co-workers, don't listen either. Never speak badly of the boss, because you never know if it will get back to them.

DO NOT try to answer questions if you are not sure of the answer. Answer, quickly and with authority the ones you do know. Do that and soon people will think you know it all because they only remember you always giving the right answer.

BE ON TIME, BE NEAT.....perception means a lot. Look like a bum and be treated like one. Look like a pro and be treated like one.

Understand the time table for assignments, use the time you have to be accurate. Getting things done ahead of schedule is great, but only if it's right.

Never blame others, never lie.....truth may sometimes hurt but you'll garner respect because of it. And the bonus here is that the boss will believe you when you have to give an answer.

NEVER save bad news until after the fact. If something is going poorly, report the problem and look for help. If there is a problem, try and have a workable solution to discuss once you have made the boss aware of the situation.

I could go on and on.......but I think you should have the idea.

What lessons can we learn from successful entrepreneurs?

I think entrepreneurs teach people about hard work and dedication because an entrepreneur has a desire to achieve, the push to conquer problems, and give birth to a successful venture. It involves hard work and most are generally workaholics (Everyone who knows Donald Trump knows he is ). Entrepreneurs have a nurturing quality and are willing to take charge of, and watch over a venture until it can stand alone. They have an acceptance of responsibility. They are morally, legally, and mentally accountable for their ventures. Some entrepreneurs may be driven more by altruism than by self-interest. They reward orientation and have a desire to achieve, work hard and take responsibility, but also want to be rewarded handsomely for their efforts; rewards can be in forms other than money, such as recognition and respect. They are optomistic and live by the philosophy that this is the best of times, and that anything is possible. They have an orientation to excellence and often desire to achieve something outstanding that they can be proud of. They have strong organization and are good at bringing together the components (including people) of a venture. They want to make a profit; but the profit serves primarily as a meter to gauge their success and achievement. The demand theory holds that entrepreneurs emerge out of the combination of entrepreneurial opportunities and people who are well-positioned to take advantage of them. Thus, anyone who encounters the right conditions might become an entrepreneur, if they find themselves in a position where they find a valuable problem that they alone can solve.
